Fraud Policy
AgCarolina Farm Credit will not tolerate fraud by its employees, shareholders, directors, or any outside vendors or agencies doing business with the Association. When fraud is suspected or substantiated, the cases will be thoroughly investigated. The form of action taken will depend on the level and circumstances of each case. In instances where fraud has been confirmed, the action considered will involve disciplinary action or termination (against employees) and prosecution and/or recovery of Association assets and funds.
Code of Ethics
AgCarolina Farm Credit's Code of Ethics establishes high ethical standards for personal and professional conduct for directors, officers, employees and agents, including requiring all directors, officers, employees and agents to avoid and disclose any conflicts of interest.
